Description:
Full-time position with great benefit package. Oversee the Community Integration program Monday through Friday 8a-4:30p. Supervise the Program Supervisors for Community Integration and Community Advantage.
Responsibilities:
Manage Community Integration and Community Advantage programs. Hire, train, supervise and evaluate performance of Program Supervisors and Training Specialists. Oversee and compile attendance records. Review written assessments and attend IP team meetings. Ensure compliance with DMH and CARF standards. Oversee and coordinate transporation services for programs. Oversee handling and reconciliation of program funds and receipts. Responsible for maintaining a safe and orderly environment. Maintain certifications (Abuse/Neglect Prevention, CPR/FA, NCI, Level I Med Admin, PBS, etc.)
Requirements:
B.S. in Special Education or Vocational Rehabilitation or related field - QDDP qualified.
2 years experience working with persons with disabilities in similar setting
Class E Missouri Driver's license and proof of car insurance
Successful completion of criminal background check, drug screen and physical
Ability to use computer programs and have excellent communication skills
Ability to supervise, coach and train staff
